We are seeking a visionary AI Strategy Architect to lead our team in harnessing the power of artificial intelligence.

The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience in AI application development, with expertise in programming languages such as Python and proficiency in tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangFlow, Langgraph, LangSmith, and Flowise.

They will also possess strong domain model fine-tuning capabilities, including knowledge of Python, data engineering, OSS LLMs (Llama2, Mixtral, GPT-Neo, GPT-J), tokenization & frameworks (Tokenizers, Fine-tuning Frameworks), and datasets (HuggingFace Datasets, TensorFlow Datasets).

In addition, the successful candidate will have LLMOps proficiency, with experience in infrastructure & CI/CD (DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, Git, Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions) and monitoring & management (Ray, SeldonCore, MLFlow, MLServer, Triton, BentoML, Prometheus, Grafana).

The role will involve working on AI-ready cybersecurity, ensuring the implementation of GenAI guardrails and ethics. The candidate should have a solid understanding of AI ethics frameworks and tools, bias detection and mitigation tools, fairness metrics libraries, privacy-preserving machine learning libraries, robustness and security tools, model interpretability libraries, and AI governance frameworks and tools.

Monitoring & evaluation of AI systems is also an essential part of this role, requiring the ability to measure performance using metrics such as Bleu, Rouge, Perplexity, BERT-Score, etc.
