Role Overview

We are seeking a Generative AI Architect & Implementor to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions for our Retail Analytics Engineering Platforms. This role requires deep expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and MLOps, with a strong focus on building scalable, secure, and production-ready AI ecosystems. You will collaborate with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-first solutions that drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions, including LLM applications, Agentic AI systems, and RAG architectures.
  • Build and optimize NLP/document processing pipelines on GCP Vertex AI and/or Azure AI.
  • Design and deploy AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and integrate with enterprise systems.
  • Establish robust MLOps practices for training, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
  • Deploy and manage models using PyTorch, MLFlow, FastAPI, with CI/CD automation and Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership, mentorship, and AI strategy guidance.

Skills & Technologies

  • AI/ML Tools: LangChain, LangGraph, PyTorch, MLFlow, Hugging Face, FastAPI
  • Cloud: GCP Vertex AI (preferred), Azure AI, Kubernetes
  • MLOps/DevOps: GitHub Actions, CI/CD, Docker, Terraform (optional)
  • Expertise: Generative AI, RAG, LLM fine-tuning, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)

Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years in IT/AI/ML delivery, with 4–5 years in AI/ML system design.
  • Proven record in deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures and scalable AI infrastructure.
  • Ability to lead teams and influence AI strategies.

Preferred Certifications: GCP ML Engineer/Cloud Architect, Azure AI Engineer, CKA/CKAD.
