Drive Customer Satisfaction and Success
Job OverviewAs a Customer Success Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and shaping our service strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team to ensure effective customer service and relationships
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Monthly Revenue, Retention Rate, Upsell Revenue, and Cross Sell Revenue
- Monitor and analyze customer performance KPIs on a weekly basis and perform root cause analysis (RCA) if growth is not as planned
- Oversee and monitor the delivery of all operational requirements of clients with regards to their product plans
- 8-12 years of relevant work experience in digital planning and servicing, preferably focused on digital media including performance-based campaigns through Google's Advertising Platforms
- Minimum education qualification: Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) business is an advantage
