Key Financial Operations Role

About This Position

This internship offers hands-on experience in managing financial operations related to the Aadhaar-PAN linking process, gaining insights into critical financial compliance projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Aadhaar-PAN Linking Process Management: Assist in tracking linking status, collecting documentation, and recording financial entries accurately.
  • Data Entry & Reconciliation: Maintain financial data, perform daily reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Customer Support & Follow-up: Communicate with customers to guide them through the linking process, following up on pending documentation and payments.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on progress, highlighting key metrics and opportunities for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in existing financial processes.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
