Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of data management, including ensuring that all information gathered is entered onto the database and that all new and updated entries follow company minimum requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all information gathered is entered onto the database and that all new and updated entries follow company minimum requirements.
  • Ensure that all data is saved efficiently and accessibly.
  • Prepare trackers, reports, and update them regularly.
  • Format CVs in required templates.
  • Work proactively with consultants to prepare presentations for client pitches.
  • Conduct project-specific research, analysis, and evaluation of market information through internet and internal databases.
  • Systematically identify target companies and candidates.
  • Track and record executive moves and relevant press articles from the internet and publications.
  • Utilize the company database and other desk analysis tools to generate target candidates for search assignments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Possessing strong data management and research skills.
  • Bright, articulate (both oral and written) and well-presented.
  • Well organized with a calm, unflappable temperament.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • First-rate organizational skills.
  • Proactive, willing, and adaptable.
  • A good team player.
