Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms in building data engineering solutions for analytics and science is essential.
  • Data Pipeline Development: Experience in building complex data pipelines – batch and/or real-time event-based processing is required.
  • Data Warehousing: Strong experience in designing, building, and maintaining data warehouses in Redshift or similar cloud-based solutions is necessary.
  • ETL Development: Built complex ETL using Spark (Scala or Python) for event-based big data processing.
  • Database Management: Familiarity with modern scripting languages like Python is essential. NoSQL DBs like MongoDB, Cassandra, or DynamoDB require your attention.
