Job Title: Data Transformation Expert

This is a key role within data portfolios that supports the delivery of complex transformation programs. As a Data Transformation Expert, you will work closely with agile multi-skilled teams to create world-class products that cater to customer needs.

  • Elicit and analyze business change, functional, and non-functional requirements across stakeholders, and interface those requirements with cross-asset IT teams to deliver a working reconciliation solution.
  • Own and produce analysis and modeling artefacts to enable development teams to develop working products.
  • Understand the user journey end-to-end beyond the system.
  • Provide advanced business knowledge and technical support for requirement development.
  • Create/enhance logical and physical data models according to agreed standards, meeting both business and technical requirements.
  • Undertake metadata analysis, including naming entities, attributes, tables, and columns, along with definitions and data types.

To be successful in this role, meet the following requirements:

  • Strong data analysis and/or data modeling experience (4-8 years).
  • Financial domain skills with requirement gathering, elicitation, gap analysis, data analysis, effort estimation, reviews, and database designing.
  • Individual contributor with SDLC & Agile methodologies understanding.
  • A team player with self-starter approach, problem-solving, and fast-paced environment adaptability.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
  • Liaison between business and technical teams to bridge gaps and assist in project delivery.
  • SQL, MS-Office tools, GCP Big Query, Erwin, Visual Paradigm (preferable) skills.
