We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our insurance processes, delivering high-quality service to stakeholders and driving operational excellence.
About the RoleThis position plays a key role in supporting our core insurance functions, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all tasks. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering administrative services with precision, maintaining data quality and fostering collaboration across teams.
- Performing loss run pulling activities, contributing to a smooth and efficient month-end close process.
- Managing policy data, implementing robust quality controls and facilitating cross-functional communication.
- Processing daily transactions within set targets, demonstrating adaptability and proactive change management.
- Providing timely reports as required and collaborating with other departments as necessary.
- Engaging in training programs to enhance process-oriented skills and stay informed about industry developments.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in any field.
- Previous experience in a relevant industry is not mandatory but preferred.
- Moderate to excellent computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office systems an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, decision-making ability, attention to detail, and business process orientation.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts.
