SDET Lead

As a core member of our QA team, you will develop testing processes, design automated testing, create problem-solving tasks, advise best practices, and collaborate with engineering leads to develop test plans and extensive test cases. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the application development lifecycle and lead a team of QA engineers, fostering collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement in testing practices.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience as an SDET Lead / Automation Engineer, specializing in test automation frameworks within the JavaScript ecosystem. They will possess strong hands-on skills in designing, building, and maintaining robust automation frameworks, a deep understanding of software testing principles, debugging, and defect reporting. The candidate will be skilled in automated testing, proficient in test documentation development, and knowledgeable in SQL, Java, and related systems.
