Senior Executive Position

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable and general ledger entries.
  • Assist in preparation of financial statements, MIS reports and monthly closing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax etc.).
  • Support internal and statutory audits, ensuring timely completion with accurate documentation.
  • Handle reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer, inter-company etc.).
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis.
  • Monitor working capital, including receivables follow-up and vendor payments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth financial processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA-Inter) with 3–4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems (SAP/Tally preferred).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
