Job Title: Cloud Computing Expert

This role requires experience in cloud computing with a focus on AWS. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and maintaining CCP, microservices integration, Amazon Lex management, Amazon Kinesis management, and AWS Contact Lens management.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain CCP using the AWS Management Console, Amazon CloudWatch, and AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Integrate microservices using AWS Lambda and AWS Step Functions
  • Build conversational interfaces using Amazon Lex and AWS Lambda
  • Process real-time data using Amazon Kinesis Data Streams and AWS Lambda
  • Analyze customer conversations using AWS Contact Lens, Amazon Transcribe, Amazon Comprehend, and Amazon S3

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4 years of experience in cloud computing with a focus on AWS
  • Knowledge of Avaya CC, Genesys Cloud Contact Center, NICE, and other relevant technologies
  • Familiarity with infrastructure, application enablement services, session manager, elite ACD management, basic and advance configuration, Oracle Acme SBC Gateway management, advanced call routing and queuing strategies, Avaya CTI Services, voice call detail recording, IPT endpoint devices support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
