Recruitment Coordinator

As a key player in our recruitment process, you will oversee the coordination of interviews, manage candidate records and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure seamless talent acquisition.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and updates.
- Manage candidate records, tracking progress and updating internal systems accurately.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions for effective talent acquisition.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the candidate experience, resulting in increased engagement and retention.
- Assist with document management, onboarding and offer letters, as well as background check results collection and candidate dispositions.
For this role, we are seeking an individual with:
- 1-2 years' experience in administration, recruiting or project management.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in a HR generalist or talent acquisition role, with a focus on scheduling, logistics and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
