Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of greenfield projects, modernization projects, plant stabilization, and other related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams in the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets;
  • Conduct feasibility studies and analysis to identify potential project risks and opportunities;
  • Develop and manage project schedules, including establishing milestones and deadlines;
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and stakeholder engagement;

Requirements:

To be successful as a Project Manager, you will need to possess a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a greenfield project or plant stabilization context;
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques, including Agile methodologies;
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas to stakeholders;
  • Experience with project scheduling software and tools, such as MS Project or Asana;
