Job Summary

  • This role involves accurately entering and verifying customer and APF proposal data, using a provided checklist.
  • The candidate will oversee the process of customer and builder APF proposals, ensuring timely completion.
  • Frequent follow-up and clarification with stakeholders are necessary to meet expectations.
  • Candidate will coordinate with vendors to manage legal and valuation processes.
  • All required documents must be obtained and processed efficiently.
  • The successful candidate will address and resolve queries from customers, builders, and internal stakeholders in a prompt manner.
  • A daily/weekly/monthly management information system (MIS) will be provided.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Applicants should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in banking/financial services, with at least 3+ years in Retail Assets focusing on Housing Loans & Secured loans (LAP).
  • Experience in HL/LAP proposal verification end-to-end is essential.
