Statistical Programmer Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Statistical Programmer Lead to lead our programming team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical programming and be proficient in SAS and CDISC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead large-scale complex projects, providing hands-on support for project completion.
  • Solve critical technical problems and provide support to mentor and train junior team members.
  • Evaluate statistical activities against internal and external quality standards, SOPs/WPDs, ICH-GCP, and/or other international/local regulatory requirements.
Core Strength:
  • The candidate should be technically sound and have hands-on experience in Statistical Programming.
  • Oversee code reviews and ensure quality checks are performed on deliverables.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical programming.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in handling complex efficacy domains and TFLs.

*Relevant industry experience is mandatory.*
