The role of the Live Event Producer is to oversee all aspects of content creation for Tiktok live shows.

This position requires a dynamic individual with experience in managing end-to-end content production, focusing on performance, sales, and optimization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive content strategies that drive engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete content setup, including lighting, camera, sound, and staging requirements
  • Coordinate product displays and ensure seamless shoot readiness
  • Oversee post-production workflows, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content
  • Develop sales-focused content strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze post-performance data, providing actionable insights to optimize future content performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align output and achieve business goals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of content marketing principles and their application in driving engagement
  • Technical knowledge of filming setups and production tools, with ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing deadlines and deliverables
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation or digital production, preferably in a related field
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in interpreting metrics to inform content decisions
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
