About the Role">

At our firm, we're looking for an Architect to support our design and project teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in architectural design, detailing, client/site coordination, and preparing basic working drawings for residential, commercial, and layout development projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the conceptualization and development of architectural designs for villas, apartments, plotted developments, clubhouses, and commercial spaces.
  • Preparing detailed architectural drawings, presentations, 3D models, and working drawings.
  • Coordinating with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to integrate multidisciplinary design inputs.
  • Participating in design discussions, client meetings, and site visits.
  • E nsuring compliance with local bye-laws, building codes, and project requirements.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Diploma in Architecture from a recognized university.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of construction detailing, material specifications, and site coordination.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
