We are seeking a talented Design Architect with international exposure. Key responsibilities include:

  • Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Mid Journey.
  • Experience in multi-family residential buildings, hospitality, and/or higher educational facilities.
  • Excellent presentation skills and client satisfaction through regular updates and incorporating client input following the project plan.
  • Concept development, schematic design, planning, architectural working drawings, and accurate documentation.
  • Consistent follow-ups with vendors, consultants, and maintaining libraries for various projects.
  • Fostering teamwork, shared responsibilities, and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
