Job Description:

As an Identity Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing identity solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

This includes:

">
  1. ">
  2. Designing and implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow solutions to meet client needs;">
  3. Developing and automating end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to deploy SailPoint configurations, connectors, workflows, and rules across development, testing, and production environments;">
  4. Building custom connectors/integrations to enterprise systems, APIs, and identity protocols;">
  5. Authoring secure, maintainable code using Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, or Shell scripting for rule, workflow, and report logic;">
  6. Monitoring and supporting SailPoint environments with Tier 2/3 incident response, performance tuning, and proactive alerting;">
  7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, deliver secure IAM capabilities, and ensure governance/compliance alignment;">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • 4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, with significant hands-on practice building and operating SailPoint solutions;">
  • Proven experience in CI/CD and DevOps practices, implementing automated pipelines to support code migration and deployments;">
  • Technical fluency in scripting and development (Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, Shell), and integration with directory services, cloud platforms, and APIs;">
  • Solid working knowledge of IAM lifecycle processes—Joiner/Mover/Leaver, RBAC modeling, access certifications—and regulatory compliance considerations;">
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and adaptability skills, all underpinned by Care, Courage, and Commitment;">
