Store Operations Specialist

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Store Operations Specialist. This role is responsible for the efficient management of store operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

• Implement effective execution of IMS and other systems in the store section for overall improvements towards productivity and creating a safe work culture.
• Manage people and develop them to meet organizational goals.
• Inspect GRN receipts and update system records accordingly.
• Send GRN/SRN/Freight bills to accounts within one day of approval.
• Prepare RGP/NRGP immediately after receiving gate pass requests.
• Dispatch materials based on vehicle/courier availability.
• Collect materials from transporters on a weekly basis.
• Develop a document management system.
• Follow up with buyers/users to minimize pending rejection cases.
• Keep track of closing in the system and manually for pending RGP.
• Monitor attendance and verify contract workmen on a monthly basis.
• Generate and circulate MIS reports receiving vs inspection.
• Create freight service GRNs in the Oracle system.
• Circulate pending challan reports to all buyers daily.
• Physically verify excess, FOC, RGP materials on a monthly basis.
• Generate monthly inventory reports and other store-related MIS reports.
• Monitor and review store minimax items and generate PRs accordingly.
• Prepare STOs, invoices for STOs, and follow up on the same, updating shipping data.
• Monitor all store activities, including inward and outward movements (returnable/non-returnable).
• Closing RT (gate entry) in coordination with the security department.
• Ensure daily issues and preparation of GRNs, along with confirmation regarding materials to be maintained with all departments.
• Ensure timely entries in respective systems.
• Create import GRNs in the system and track them.
• Generate e-way bills.
• Update provision data in Excel and upload it into the system for materials and services.
• Verify door delivery materials and courier bills.
• Sent GRNs to accounts and maintain tracking records in Excel.
• Reject materials in the system and return them to vendors in a timely manner.
