Senior Technical Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Technical Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Main Job Duties:
  • Tech Support & Service Operations: Provide on-site technical assistance to clients, diagnose equipment-related issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales service team to guarantee seamless customer support and coordination of services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong client relationships through regular service visits, maintain open communication channels, and deliver exceptional service experiences.
  • Service Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation of all service interactions.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Construction Equipment, Machine Sales, Truck Sales, or Tractor Industry.
  • Demonstrated technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Possess good command of English language.
  • Ability to work independently, handle service operations efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
