As a Tyre Retreading Supervisor at Tyre PCTR, you will oversee the retreading process, ensuring that operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Your role will involve managing the team, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the highest quality of retreaded tyres.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision**: Manage and lead the retreading team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure adherence to best practices.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor the retreading process to ensure that all tyres meet safety and quality standards. Conduct inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
- **Process Management**: Oversee daily operations, including the preparation, retreading, and curing processes. Ensure that production targets are met efficiently.
- **Maintenance Oversight**: Ensure that all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and serviced to minimize downtime.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing raw materials and finished products, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all staff follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of production metrics, quality checks, and any incidents. Prepare reports for upper management regarding performance and improvements.

**Skills Required**:

- **Leadership Skills**: Strong ability to lead and motivate a team while fostering a positive work environment.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Understanding of the tyre retreading process and equipment used in the industry.
