Sales Professional - Fashion Retail

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Professional to join our Fashion Retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our fashion collections to customers, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell our fashion collections to customers in retail outlets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, boutiques, and retail partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term customer relationships.
  • Conduct product presentations, explain features and benefits, and handle customer queries effectively.
  • Monitor customer preferences and provide feedback to the merchandising and production teams.
  • Manage order processing, payment follow-ups, and timely deliveries.
  • Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade shows, and local marketing events.
  • Track competitor activities and suggest strategies for growth in retail markets.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in fashion retail.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of fabrics, silhouettes, and current fashion trends.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Comfortable with field visits, market research, and retail interactions.
  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate (preferably in Business/Marketing/Fashion).
