Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can dive deep into Large Language Models (LLMs) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) agents to streamline processes and build efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal teams in Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, and Finance to design, implement, and optimize key processes and programs.">
  • Owning and driving process improvements across multiple functions, ensuring that teams are aligned and working seamlessly together.">
  • Identifying operational bottlenecks, creating solutions, and ensuring smooth execution of programs that directly impact business outcomes.">
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables for each program.">
  • Monitoring and tracking progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.">
