This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Operations Manager at Teleperformance in Gurgaon. - The selected candidate will establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, fostering strategic partnerships.
- Ultimately, this position requires leading and motivating staff to achieve organizational objectives, promoting a culture of excellence.
- In this capacity, you will analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer service, driving business growth through enhanced client satisfaction.
Salary: ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
