About the Job
We're looking for an AI Automation & Workflow Specialist who is passionate about no-code/low-code tools and large language models (LLMs). This role involves building complex workflows with platforms like n8n, integrating APIs, developing custom JavaScript/Node.js scripts, managing JSON configurations, and setting up advanced systems like vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and customize web applications using tools like bolt.new and cursor.
- Design and implement AI workflows using no-code/low-code tools to improve day-to-day operations.
- Write custom JavaScript and Node.js code to extend workflow capabilities, manipulate data, and integrate complex systems.
- Set up and manage vector databases and integrate retrieval-augmented generation techniques to enhance data processing and intelligent automation.
- Connect in-house and external platforms via RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and robust error handling.
- Rapidly develop proof-of-concepts to test innovative ideas before scaling solutions across the organization.
- Collaborate with department stakeholders to identify inefficient or repetitive tasks and design AI-driven solutions to eliminate bottlenecks.
- Produce clear, comprehensive documentation for all workflows and automation systems, and provide training to team members to maximize tool adoption.
Requirements
- Proficiency with no-code/low-code platforms like Zapier, Integromat/Make, Airtable, and particularly n8n for building and managing workflows.
- Strong background in JavaScript and Node.js, with the ability to troubleshoot, debug, and extend applications.
- Expertise in managing JSON data and integrating systems through RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
- Experience setting up and integrating vector databases and working with retrieval-augmented generation concepts.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and develop innovative, scalable solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
