Position Overview

We’re looking for an AI Automation & Workflow Specialist who is not only passionate about no-code/low-code tools and large language models (LLMs) but also possesses a solid coding background to design intelligent, scalable automations. In this role, you will build complex workflows with platforms like n8n, integrate APIs, develop custom JavaScript/Node.js scripts, manage JSON configurations, and set up advanced systems like vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines. Key Responsibilities

• Design & Implement AI Workflows:

- Develop and optimize automation workflows using no-code/low-code tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier) that improve the day-to-day operations of our internal teams.

• Custom Scripting & Integration:

- Write custom JavaScript and Node.js code to extend workflow capabilities, manipulate data (especially JSON), and integrate complex systems.

• Vector Database & RAG Integration:

- Set up and manage vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) and integrate retrieval-augmented generation techniques to enhance data processing and intelligent automation.

• API & Data Integration:

- Connect in-house and external platforms via RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and robust error handling.

• Prototype & Experiment:

- Rapidly develop proof-of-concepts to test innovative ideas before scaling solutions across the organization.

• Process Optimization:

- Collaborate with department stakeholders to identify inefficient or repetitive tasks and design AI-driven solutions that eliminate bottlenecks.

• Documentation & Training:

- Produce clear, comprehensive documentation for all workflows and automation systems; provide training to team members to maximize tool adoption.

• Stay Current with Emerging Technologies:

- Continuously explore and implement enhancements using new AI, automation, and database technologies to keep our operations at the cutting edge.

Qualifications

• No-Code/Low-Code Expertise:

- Proficiency with platforms like Zapier, Integromat/Make, Airtable, and particularly n8n for building and managing workflows.

• JavaScript & Node.js Proficiency:

- Demonstrable experience writing modern JavaScript (ES6+) and Node.js, including asynchronous programming, to build custom automation logic.

• JSON Mastery:

- Expertise in parsing, constructing, and manipulating JSON data for configuration and API integration.

• API Integration Know-How:

- Proven ability to connect various systems through RESTful/GraphQL APIs, manage webhooks, and perform data transformations.

• Vector Databases & RAG:

- Experience with setting up and integrating vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) and familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) concepts.

• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and develop innovative, scalable AI-driven solutions.

• Collaboration & Communication:

- Strong interpersonal skills to work closely with non-technical teams and clearly articulate technical concepts.

• Adaptability & Continuous Learning:

- A proactive mindset in keeping up with new technologies, best practices, and emerging trends in AI and automation.
