Enterprise Network Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Lead Network Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting a highly available enterprise network.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on, leadership position where you will manage and secure both on-prem and cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance of our network infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and support enterprise network/security infrastructure (Cisco, Palo Alto, Meraki)
  • Cloud networking: VPCs, TGWs, Direct Connect, Load Balancing (AWS/Azure)
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for network configurations (Terraform, Ansible)
  • Troubleshoot TCP/IP stack, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), VPNs
  • Support monitoring tools (Solarwinds, AppDynamics), network logging, and documentation
  • Cross-functional collaboration on projects and incident response

Your Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in enterprise networking (on-prem + cloud)
  • 3+ years of AWS/Azure networking experience
  • Strong with Cisco, Palo Alto, Firewalls, Load Balancers (F5), VPNs
  • Experience with compliance (PCI-DSS), security protocols, and automation
  • Bonus: scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell), Kubernetes, monitoring tools
  • Certifications like CCNP/PCNSE/AWS are a plus
