Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to lead our software quality efforts. This role involves designing and implementing test strategies, developing automation frameworks, and ensuring seamless integration into CI/CD pipelines.

You will work closely with development teams to identify, track, and resolve issues while maintaining compliance with industry standards. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving quality across our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement test plans, cases, and automation frameworks.
  2. Design and maintain automated test scripts for functional, performance, and security testing.
  3. Conduct regression, exploratory, and usability testing.
  4. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
  5. Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira or Bugzilla, collaborating with developers for resolution.
  6. Create and maintain documentation of test cases, test results, and defect reports.
  7. Ensure compliance with security and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
  8. Provide test reports, risk assessments, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  9. Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
  • Strong experience with Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and performance testing frameworks (JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
