About the Role:

The company seeks a skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Automation Specialist to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automation tests to ensure the quality of our software applications.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute automation tests using JavaScript or TypeScript
  • Develop and maintain automated test suites using frameworks such as Playwright, Protractor, Jest, Puppeteer, or Cypress
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and implement solutions
  • Implement continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) pipelines to automate testing and deployment
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track test execution and results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3-11 years of experience in software development and testing, preferably with a focus on automation
  • Strong programming skills in JavaScript or TypeScript
  • Familiarity with automation testing frameworks such as Playwright, Protractor, Jest, Puppeteer, or Cypress
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum principles
  • Familiarity with containerization using Docker
  • Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure and services such as AWS or Azure
