Senior Corporate Credit Analyst

Opportunities abound for a seasoned credit analyst to join our global team, centralizing the credit analysis function for corporate clients worldwide.
The Credit Analysis Team is the first line of defense, working closely with bankers, product partners, and credit approvers to promote optimal risk/return on lending opportunities. Our ideal candidate will perform forward-looking credit analysis on borrowers, annual reviews, and limit renewals, as well as support ad-hoc requests and periodic reviews.
Key responsibilities include managing assigned portfolios for the India market, conducting objective due diligence on borrowers/industry, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely compliance with internal policies and reporting procedures.
We seek an expert in financial statement analysis, credit analysis, and industry analysis, with a strong understanding of loan documentation and key credit protections. Familiarity with ISDA documents and transaction-driven environments is beneficial.
A proactive approach, ability to operate with urgency, and prioritize work accordingly are essential. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and report writing skills, and experience in team management are highly valued.
Postgraduate degree in finance or a financial professional qualification (e.g., CA, CFA, FRM) is required, along with proficiency in English.
