Arbitrage Fund Manager & Equity Partner Opportunity

Are you an experienced fund manager with a passion for arbitrage? Do you have the skills and expertise to lead a Dubai-based arbitrage fund?

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join us as a 40% equity partner in our future-ready arbitrage fund. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the fund's management strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing portfolio execution and risk controls.

This is not an employee role but a strategic partnership with equity ownership, designed for an individual who can bring both capital and leadership. You will contribute ₹1.2 Crores capital as a partner-investor and work closely with co-founders on scaling the fund into an institutional-grade vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct day-to-day operations of the fund's arbitrage trading strategy.
  • Ensure risk-adjusted capital allocation and regulatory compliance.
  • Interface with auditors, administrators, and regulators.
  • Develop investor confidence through transparent reporting and governance.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a candidate with a background in fund management, quantitative finance, or hedge fund operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of arbitrage, risk-neutral trading strategies, and fund structures. They must also have proven ability to manage regulatory, legal, and reporting frameworks, and an entrepreneurial mindset with ability to invest personal capital and grow equity value.
