Lead Investor Communication Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving smooth information flow between sellers, investors, and internal teams to ensure all diligence items and next steps are on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor acquisition timelines, investor activity, and deal milestones using internal systems and CRM tools
  • Provide light financial review support by assisting with reviewing CIMs, financial summaries, and business profiles; coordinating follow-ups with internal finance or diligence teams
  • Update and manage investor-related data and communications in Caprae's CRM and reporting tools
  • Ensure high-quality communication by helping prepare investor updates, responses, and reports

Requirements:

1-5 years of experience in finance, consulting, investor relations, or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
