Property Management Position Overview

A luxury villa resort is seeking a highly organized and communicative professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties in Goa.

The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, preferably with experience in guest relations, housekeeping, maintenance, and inventory management. Key responsibilities include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, supervising support staff, coordinating daily operations, conducting regular maintenance checks, and training staff as needed.

Responsibilities also involve:

  • Ensuring seamless guest experiences through efficient management of day-to-day activities
  • Maintaining high standards of property appearance and upkeep
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies for guest satisfaction and retention

This role requires strong organizational skills, reliability, and excellent communication skills. Own transportation and flexibility in working hours are also required.
