Software Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced software engineering leader to join our team. As a software engineer manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

About the Role

This is a leadership opportunity for a seasoned software engineer who is passionate about mentoring and guiding teams to deliver high-quality software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design and develop software solutions that address real-world customer problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to design and develop software solutions
  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to ensure delivery of high-quality software products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 10+ years of experience in developing web applications using Microsoft .NET
  • Experience in leading a team and mentoring junior engineers
  • Excellent knowledge of C#.Net, ASP.Net, .Net Core, Microservices, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery and web services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server 2014 and RDBMS concepts
  • Experience in developing reports using SSRS (or other report building tools)
  • Experience in React.Js
  • Working knowledge of Cloud Technology: AWS, Azure, GCP (Google cloud platform)
  • Experience in Agile development environment
