Our organization is looking for an experienced and results-driven Portfolio Growth Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of school or college accounts, focusing on driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR).

Your success will come from expanding usage within existing group schools and generating qualified referrals through deep engagement with Principals, Chairpersons, and Heads of Departments.

This role involves building relationships, influencing strategic stakeholders, and identifying growth opportunities. We are seeking a highly skilled individual who can own and grow a portfolio of accounts aligned to their experience and capacity, typically ranging between ₹50L to ₹1.5Cr in ARR.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Account Management or CS roles in SaaS, ERP, or EdTech.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience working with CXO/decision-maker level.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence renewals, referrals, or upsell outcomes.
  • High ownership mindset – treating each customer like their own business.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language fluency is a plus).
  • Experience working with educational institutions is an advantage.
