Infrastructure Expert Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Expert to oversee the deployment, configuration, and optimization of hardware and cloud orchestration systems.

This role involves managing the lifecycle of our infrastructure, from initial setup to ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, networking, and cloud computing.

The Infrastructure Expert will be responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of our infrastructure, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure capabilities with business needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain servers and other hardware
  • Manage hardware upgrades, firmware updates, and troubleshooting
  • Optimize resource utilization across GPU, CPU, memory, storage, and networking
  • Networking & Datacenter Operations:
  • Configure and maintain high-speed networks for multi-node GPU clusters
  • Work closely with datacenter staff to ensure uptime, redundancy, and security compliance
  • Monitor power, cooling, and performance metrics
  • Systems & Orchestration:
  • Implement and manage container orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Slurm
  • Develop automation scripts for provisioning, monitoring, and scaling workloads
  • Collaborate on internal orchestration platforms
  • Security & Compliance:
  • Maintain hardware security modules and monitor SDDC activity
  • Enforce access controls, auditing, and compliance with enterprise security standards
  • Support & Reliability:
  • Troubleshoot issues across compute, storage, and networking layers
  • Benchmark and fine-tune performance for AI training and inference workloads
  • Collaboration:
  • Work with product and engineering teams to align infrastructure capabilities with client needs
  • Support client onboarding by configuring custom environments and workload testing
