Job Title: Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end import procurement operation to support company growth.
  • Develop and maintain procurement strategies, plans, and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of import items.
  • Prepare and update MIS reports on stock levels, transit stock, pending orders, advances, EPCG report, and other relevant data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in import procurement, or 8-10 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong command of MS Office, SAP MM, and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge and experience of customs clearance, international freight forwarding, and inventory control.
  • Purchase experience in engineering and industrial DI pipe consumable imports.

  • Release of vendor payment as PO terms and follow up for delivery with shipper of pending order.
    Coordination with plant user, account dept, store dept, supplier, freight forwarder and CHA for day-to-day operation for on-time delivery as per schedule.
