Job Title: Production Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate production activities to ensure efficient and timely panel production while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

  • Supervise production workers, monitor their performance, and provide coaching and guidance as necessary.

  • Schedule work assignments and ensure proper staffing levels to meet production targets.

Production Management:

  • Oversee the production process to ensure production targets are met, monitor production schedules, and adjust workloads as needed to meet deadlines.

  • Ensure that production is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

  • Prepare equipment and device tags, prepare wiring ferrules, and maintain production machines in good working condition.

Quality Control:

  • Maintain high standards of product quality by coordinating with the QC team for regular inspections, quality checks, and punch closing.

  • Address any quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary in coordination with the QC team.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promote a safe working environment, and enforce safety policies.

  • Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency.

  • Work with management to develop and implement production strategies.

  • Analyze production data and prepare reports on performance.

Resource Management:

  • Manage inventory levels, coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of necessary materials, and maintain equipment and machinery in good working condition.

  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities as needed.

Functional Requirements:

  • More than five (5) years in a production environment.

  • Proven track record in supervising production teams.

  • Proven experience in managing production schedules and meeting production targets.

  • Experienced in coordinating maintenance and repair activities.
