About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Digital Performance Expert to join our team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring the digital products and services we deliver meet the highest standards of performance.

As a Digital Performance Expert, your primary focus will be on conducting thorough performance testing, analysis, and optimization. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring seamless user experiences across various platforms.

Your expertise in tools like JMeter API, LoadRunner UI, AppD, and Grafana will enable you to drive meaningful improvements in system performance, scalability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive performance testing, including load and stress testing, to ensure systems meet desired performance standards.
  • Analyze test results, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with development teams to implement fixes.
  • Develop and maintain detailed performance test plans, summarizing test outcomes and recommendations for future enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable performance metrics.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in performance engineering, applying this expertise to drive innovation within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in performance testing, with a strong background in tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, and AppD.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python) and familiarization with DevOps practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and performance metrics is highly desirable.
