Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned business strategist to spearhead productivity enhancement initiatives within our control and digitalization business segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing the strategy of the controls digital business in alignment with our organization's objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies for the Controls Digital business, incorporating performance metrics to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the business strategy.
  • Analyze market trends, customer requirements, competitive landscape, and industry best practices to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives and opportunities.
  • Initiate, lead, and coordinate cross-functional projects to execute the business strategy and deliver value to customers and the organization.
  • Communicate the strategy to management and employees and drive the transformation of the global Controls Digital business.
  • Nurture strong relationships with internal and external partners, including customers, suppliers, regulators, industry associations, and other relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business strategy, management consulting, or related roles in the energy sector.
  • Financial acumen and understanding of the controls digitalization market are considered a plus.
