Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Project Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for managing complex projects, ensuring profitability, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage highly complex assignments with high risk impact on account/business unit performance.
  • Ensure profitability of assigned accounts and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Responsible for account mining to spot and create new business opportunities.
  • Serve as single point of contact for clients and ensure excellent experience through effective delivery management.
  • Scope Management: Capture and convert scope changes into billable change requests.
  • Partner with clients to leverage Ivy's product for maximum business value.
  • Implement industry best practices and Ivy standards in assigned accounts.
  • Enable partnerships to integrate solutions with other Ivy products, third-party solutions, or service providers.
Requirements
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
  • 12+ years of experience in managing complex projects across multiple shores and technologies.
  • Ability to collaborate internally, with partners, and customers to deliver desired solutions.
  • Business acumen and excellent communication skills to engage with all client levels.
  • Ability to lead and mentor large teams and understand client needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in customer management, particularly in Southeast Asia markets.
  • Managed PMs and worked on Agile methodology projects.
  • Understanding of program management and certification is a plus.
  • Development background in .net and product or SAAS experience are preferred.
