Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects within the wealth management domain.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in IT project management and Salesforce Platform, with a strong understanding of Wealth Management / Financial Services.

  • Provide hands-on configuration of Salesforce (flows, reports, dashboards, security, data model enhancements and customisation)
  • Oversee system integrations with wealth management platforms
  • Manage full project lifecycle — RFP, requirements discovery, design, build, testing, UAT, deployment, and support
  • Define and maintain project plans, sprints, risks, and stakeholder communications
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience with expertise in IT project management and Salesforce Platform
  • Strong domain expertise in Wealth Management / Financial Services
Preferred Skills
  • Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant
  • Experience working with wealth management firms, private banking, or investment advisory organizations
Responsibilities

Drive data migration, data quality initiatives, and compliance (KYC, AML, regulatory reporting)

Ensure user adoption through training, documentation, and change management initiatives

Coordinate with Salesforce developers, admins, and third-party vendors for successful project execution

Deliver dashboards and analytics tailored for relationship managers, advisors, and compliance officers
