Job Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented, forward-thinking Embedded Team Lead to lead our embedded team towards excellence. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, project management prowess, and strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance to embedded engineers on software and hardware projects.
  • Remain at the forefront of innovation by staying updated on industry advancements.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
  • Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams for project success.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture through mentorship and professional growth opportunities.
  • Enhance team performance through regular evaluations.
  • Require a deep understanding of embedded Linux development, C/C, RTOS, and low-level programming.
  • Enhance efficiency and productivity by implementing and improving engineering processes, workflows, and methodologies.
  • Invest in technology and process enhancements that boost productivity.
  • Align engineering initiatives with the company's strategy.
  • Contribute to the technology roadmap, identifying key milestones and resources.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in embedded software development and 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in Linux OS development, Embedded OS like Free RTOS, Embedded C, and C.
  • Experience with IoT platforms; AI system building is a plus.
