Content Creation Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Content & Communications Professional to work with our organization in Pune.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to produce high-quality content for diverse audiences while maintaining brand voice and editorial standards.

  • Research, write, and edit engaging articles, thought-leadership pieces, and marketing copy.
  • Conduct interviews and gather information from subject-matter experts and industry sources.
  • Develop story ideas and pitch creative concepts aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Produce long-form articles and marketing copy that resonates with diverse audiences.
  2. Conduct research and interviews to gather information.
  3. Develop and pitch creative concepts.
  4. Maintain accuracy, clarity, and editorial integrity in all content produced.
  5. Adapt content for multiple formats (print, digital) while maintaining a consistent tone and style.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of professional writing/editing experience, preferably in media houses, digital agencies, or corporate communications.
  • Strong storytelling skills and ability to write engaging content.
  • Proficiency in AP Style or other editorial style guides.
  • Excellent research skills and ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization techniques.
Preferred Skills

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • Experience in business journalism, lifestyle writing, or corporate content creation.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools to measure content performance.
