You will be responsible for mentoring and guiding students on our school curriculum, supporting parents and students through in-house counselling sessions, and converting potential leads into admissions through consultative sales.
About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the careers of our students and helping them achieve their goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Mentoring and guiding students on our school curriculum to ensure they receive the best possible education.
- Providing support and guidance to parents and students through in-house counselling sessions, helping them navigate any challenges they may face.
- Converting potential leads into admissions through consultative sales, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.
- Building long-term relationships with students and parents, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them succeed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience in sales, academic counselling, or business development would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Freshers with 0–3 months of experience are also welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- A genuine passion for education and mentorship, with a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
- A target-driven approach, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales-oriented environment.
