  • Collaborate with sales, CRM, and legal teams to streamline customer communication.
  • Track customer interactions using CRM software and maintain detailed records.

  • Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with the management team to enhance overall customer engagement and retention.

Qualifications & Skills:

 To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. You should have at least 2 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in real estate or housing projects.
