Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to spearhead key financial operations, reporting, and compliance processes. This role demands analytical thinking, hands-on accounting expertise, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial discipline, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling data-driven decision-making through timely and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Reporting: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Compliance & Audits: Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain up-to-date documentation and records.
  • Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and expense tracking. Process reimbursements and handle bank reconciliations.
  • Stakeholder Reporting & Analysis: Create MIS reports for management and investors. Support strategic decision-making through data analysis and financial modeling.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with HR, Admin, and leadership teams for payroll, taxation, and operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CA/MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong command over accounting standards and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial tools; experience with accounting software.
  • Experience handling audits, payroll systems, and statutory filings.
Soft Skills:
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proactive problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
