GROW Skill Development Initiative is a 60-day training program for young Indians from low-income households.

The goal of this initiative is to bridge the gap between demand and supply of skilled human resources by providing training in core employability skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train aspirants on an integrated module including English Grammar, Spoken English, MS Office, Basic Mathematics, Soft skills, and Work readiness.
  • Publish and follow the Training plan/calendar of the center.
  • Support in conducting assessments of the aspirants.
  • Post-placement counseling of aspirants.
  • Networking with guest lecturers/industry to arrange field visits as part of the sector Readiness module.
  • Handholding aspirants at the workplace (for a short duration) after placement.
  • Supporting the center in other works as and when required.
