Responsibilities:

  1. Schedule daily calendars for subject matter experts, consultants, and team members from various back offices.
  2. Cover logistics such as meeting rooms and video conferencing links for internal stakeholders.
  3. Communicate schedule changes promptly and professionally.
  4. Report on key calendar events and their durations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a project coordinator, scheduler, executive assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in calendar and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
